About the Event
Bring your youth along for a fun and free activity presented by Knoxville's chapter of Jack & Jill. In this workshop attendees will create stamps and print on fabric. The workshop will include an introduction to fabric printing through African traditions like Kente Cloth, in addition to an introduction to symbols, meanings, and positive statements and images representeed through the art form. Please bring a blacnk t shirt or other piece of clothing to print on!
